The pack contains 2 vehicle liveries and EUP of the Department of Veterans Affairs. For the liveries I have placed on :

NOOSE Multi-Agency Pack by Jacobmaate Bravado Buffalo SX by Nacho's
These are distributed 1 livery for the Scout and 1 livery for the Buffalo.
To install is simple, just open the respective pack (Scout: noosepia4 - Buffalo: buffalosxpol) and replace the textures according to the file.
If you have any doubts about the installation there is a REDME in the folder.
You can use the liveries and EUP on your servers/SP except for the remapping of them and monetary uses.
